fffabulous chanel surprise

I was nonchalantly browsing through all the designer stands at Neiman Marcus last weekend (like I don't know what I am getting myself into when I do that!!!), and, to my surprise, I noticed that the Chanel boutique carries the Chanel Chain Strap Purse (yes, the one Charlotte wears in the Sex and the City movie!!!). My friend Lisa got it in matte leather two years ago, and she wears it ALL the time. Nicky Hilton owns it too. And, as for me, I am very much in love with it. Of course, the price point is highly intimidating (about $2,800), but that's a Chanel purse: it's practical, ultra modern, resistant, and oh so classy. It also has a huge yet discreet Chanel logo on one side, which I love because, for that price, everyone better know it's a Chanel purse!!! Ha!
