I splurged big time at the romi boutique Inhabit cashmere
trunkshow last month. Imagine about 30 trendy cashmere sweaters all lined up on
a rack just for you to check out, try on, feel, etc. Heaven! And since it is getting
cold outside, it was more than appropriate to invest in a few cashmere
basics for the winter.
My very favorite was the Stretch Cashmere Pointelle Cardigan. This 100% cashmere cardigan with its pointelle detailing is very fitted, lays long on the hips, and contains a unique waistband with a double hem in the back, creating a textured and layered look; so simple yet so trendy! I fell for the truffle color—a dark warm brown color—that looks great with black or brown (It'll look great with the Loeffler Randall Luna Boots). And the cool thing about this cardigan sweater is that even when it is all worn out, stretched out, etc., it will still keep you warm on cold winter nights at home for many many years. You'll definitely be like: "That was such a great purchase!!!"
