Two years ago, I bought my first LeSportSac large weekender in Maui, spécial édition and all. This year, I may just get the extra large weekender because it's all around fffabulous in the cheetah print; and because the large weekender sometimes isn't big enough to carry it all. Right, right?
Lululemon strikes again. I love this Om Your Heart scarf. The fabric is soft and ultra light, the dot pattern is fun, and the infinity loop style is just perfect: I double it up when I want it to keep me warm, or I just wear it as a 'long necklace' when I want to accessorize a classic tee or tank top. Love.
LINE The Travel Companion blanket sweater is your perfect travel companion. Literally. I am surprised I've never run into one of these 'sweaters' in the past; such a cool concept! First, I love the lightweight cashmere. You don't feel it yet it keeps you warm and cozy. Second, it's stylish—it's just as flowy as a cardiwrap and has nice button details at sleeves, real buttons. Last but not least, it's three things in one. Wear is as a cardigan (pictured here), as a scarf, or unbutton it and wear it as a pashmina. Who said you can't travel in style?
I had coffee with Lynn the other day, and we hadn't even sat down yet that she pulled TheHookup out of her purse, so she could safely hang her purse, and keep it off the floor. I think I stared at this fffabulous purse holder a million times, and secretly wished I owned one, too. Isn't it the cutest accessory ever?
I had a crush on TheHookup the minute I saw it. How something so useful can be so chic and elegant? Carry this beautiful purse holder in your purse, or clip the heart around your purse handle for an stylish accessory. Untwist the heart into a simple but elegant S-shaped hook to hang your purse and keep it off the dirty floor. Voilà!
After I blogged about my favorite cardi/scarf combo, a few friends reached out to find out where they could get this Love Quotes scarf in that exact colour. So here we go, ladies! The colour is called Portobello. It's a beautiful warm beige colour with a hint of pink that is flattering to most complexions. And, it's available on Revolve Clothing. Woot!
And yes, I was wearing my favorite cardi/scarf combo at the Foodzie Popup Launch Party last November. Are you surprised? PS: I <3 Foodzie! Photo credit: Owen Smith.
Miss Ashley in da house! Ashley showed up at our volunteering training wearing this beautiful Alexander McQueen Skull chiffon scarf in navy/pink. This skull scarf is all around fffabulous. I *love* this navy/fushia color combo. Because navy goes well with jeans, and who doesn't wear jeans? And, fushia is a nice shade of pink, and which woman in her right mind doesn't love pink?
These aren't just socks, they are Happy Socks. And, they've become my favorite socks to wear. Happy Socks socks come in a million colors and patterns, are extremely comfy and last the test of time. Get a few pairs that match your personality and wardrobe, and flash them to whomever want to see them. Fun fun! They make the perfect stocking stuffers, too.
Bonus: You can unintentionally mismatch them and noone will notice. True story.
I've made it a fffabulous tradition to always stop by the Louis Vuitton store when I'm in France...and snatch a few LV goodies while I'm at it. This time was no different. I go check out their sunglasses, and the first pair I try looks spectacular on me. Why, oh why?? The Louis Vuitton Hortensia sunglasses are bold, glamourous and timeless. I love the elegant square shape, the black color, and the refined monogram flower details on the corners; a cute LV detail without being 'in your face.' Because bold logos on sunglasses are overrated, in my opinion.
If there is one scarf you should get this season, this is the one. The Inhabit cashmere and cotton striped scarf is soft and luxurious with its 60% cashmere/40% cotton blend, and classic yet unique with its beautiful detailing and striped pattern. Available in gesso/smoke, cobblestone/smoke (pictured here) and in soil/cobblestone. I love them all! And, I may get them all, eventually.
I never thought I'd feature training socks on here but then the Lucy training socks are too fffabulous not to share. I have purchased a ton of socks over the years, but I always end up wearing the Lucy's. They are incredibly soft and comfy, discreet, and hold their shape wash after wash. And, they are available in a bunch of colors, including white, black, pink, white/pink and white/blue. Try them out; you won't go back!
Of course, I had to try the Vinyasa scarf that's made of the same fabric as the fffabulous Run: Turn Around long sleeve top. Don't they look fantastic together? This scarf makes the outfit, gives it some sophistication—and what not to like about looking casual AND sophisticated all at the same time, and it'll keep you warm, too. Like, like, and like. And, you can wear this scarf a million different ways, too.
Let's get back to reality a bit, and talk about things that are a bit more affordable than a Louis Vuitton carry-on. LeSportsac Large Weekender is another bag I can't travel without. It is light, sturdy, and so stylish. You can pack it in your luggage in case you need an extra bag on your way back (yay! for shopping), you can use it as an overnight bag, or simply to carry stuff around, including but not limited to your workout gear. But what I like most about this bag is that it comes in a large variety of fabrics, colors and patterns, so you can pick the design that fits your personality best (Bonus point: you'll recognize it right away on the baggage carousel at the airport). I personally love the Love U More pattern, spécial édition (pictured here). It's cute without being too much, and it reminds me so much of the Sonia Rykiel pink stripe pattern. Lovely!
