I had dinner with one of my girlfriends a couple of months ago, and we ended talking for a good 10 minutes about the UGG Ascot slippers she had bought for her husband. Isn't this crazy to spend 10 minutes talking about grandpa style slippers??? This was, by the way, long before my UGG obsession had started so I listened very attentively.
My friend raved about how soft, warm and comfy those slippers are, and she even mentioned that they'd 'fight' at night about who would wear them. That was it. I had to investigate further: I tried them on and I was sold in about a split second. Conclusion: we both got UGG boots AND UGG slippers for Xmas. Eh eh!
Get those slippers for your sweetie for V-Day... You can always 'borrow' them until you get your very own super fancy UGG slippers!
